To process a donor’s credit card, please fill out the form below. Be sure to include all relevant information from the donor in the Comments field.
If the donor does not specify a specific designation for the gift (such as a Mass card or senior Jesuits), select “Greatest Need” from the Designation drop-down menu.
If the gift is for a Mass or Mass card/perpetual, be sure to include the name of the person the Mass is for, as well as where/to whom the card should be sent, unless you have already entered this as an action in NXT.
