Chief Advancement Officer

The Jesuits UCS Province is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer. The position represents an exciting and distinctive opportunity to experience deep purpose and joy in leading the funding growth of Jesuit programs and ministries that will positively impact the lives of many individuals and families. The Chief Advancement Officer, a confident, skilled listener and results-driven leader, provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Jesuits UCS’s advancement programs. These programs include philanthropic gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations, particularly income from annual giving, major giving, planned giving, appeals, and direct mail. This position reports directly to the Provincial of the Jesuits USA Central and Southern Province and works closely with a dedicated executive team of ministry leaders. The Chief Advancement Officer currently leads and manages a talented team of four advancement professionals with an expectation to grow the team in the future. To facilitate workplace flexibility and encourage travel, the Chief Advancement Officer may reside and work remotely near or within the 13-state province, ideally in a metropolitan city with a major airport.

Associate Provincial Assistant, Secondary and Pre-Secondary Education
Jesuits USA Midwest Province

The Associate Provincial Assistant (APA) is a senior staff position for the Office of Secondary and Pre-secondary Education of the USA Midwest Province (UMI) and the Jesuit Schools Network. The APA serves on a team of professionals to serve the 20 Jesuit secondary and pre-secondary schools of the Midwest Province, as well as the collective care for the apostolate of secondary and pre-secondary education through the Jesuit Schools Network of North America. The APA ultimately assists the Provincial in his care and oversight of Jesuit secondary and pre-secondary education in the Midwest Province. This position is full-time, 12 months, and reports to the Provincial Assistant for Secondary and Pre-Secondary Education (PASE). Consideration will be extended to candidates who do not live in Chicago but can travel periodically to meetings in the UMI offices.

Casa Romero has several longstanding relationships with grant makers, and we regularly invite new grant makers to support our mission. Our Grants Manager is responsible for overseeing the grants portion of our advancement efforts – from identifying potential funders through final reports. This new position will report to and work closely with our Executive and Associate Directors.
