The coordinator contributes to the school’s overall communications strategy, working closely with colleagues in the Development Department and others throughout the school to drive their communications and marketing efforts.

The Communications Coordinator helps manage the development and production of print and digital materials used to meet the needs of the Development and Alumni Offices, and helps oversee the pages of the Saint Ignatius College Prep websites. The person in this position also helps produce videos in support of Development and Admissions initiatives. Additionally, the Communications Coordinator manages social media tools for school efforts. This position is full-time, 40 hours/week.

Development Manager

Magis Americas is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as Development Manager (DM), reporting to the executive director. The DM will play a critical role in Magis Americas’ fundraising efforts, working closely with the executive director to develop a long-term fundraising strategy for the organization, grow the existing donors base, and achieve annual revenue goals. The DM will also oversee the work of two development associates (grants and individual giving). Accountant/Business Manager

S/he reports to the executive director and interacts extensively with ISP staff, organizational partners and vendors. Executive Assistant and Special Events Coordinator

Assistant Director of Development

Working closely with the Vice President of Advancement, the Assistant Director of Development (ADD) plans and implements fundraising, communication, and stewardship strategies for the Adopt-A-Student Program, the Peter Claver Society, and the Annual Fund Program. The ADD also manages the Auxiliary Board, ensuring that its annual revenue and volunteer goals are achieved.

Founding President

A new Jesuit school (NJS)—still to be named—will open in the fall of 2023 and seeks its founding president to begin July 1, 2022. NJS is a Jesuit school and an active partner in the CISE network of center-city Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The school will serve boys in Grades 3–8 in the heart of the Bond Hill neighborhood and the Church of the Resurrection Parish community. Utilizing the Nativity model, the school program will be marked by a rigorous academic and faith formation program to elevate boys from resilient communities impacted by change. Although NJS students will be boys of great promise, NJS will recruit students who have limited educational options and are not already served through CISE and other Catholic schools. NJS seeks a dynamic, faith-filled leader to serve as its founding president and first employee, reporting to the Board of Trustees.

Director – Campus Ministry

 The position will provide visionary, servant leadership in setting and carrying out the University’s Catholic and Jesuit character of the mission of higher education. It will direct the work of the department of Campus Ministry under the direction of the Vice President for Mission and Ministry. It will provide ministerial care for all undergraduate students, while coordinating leadership with the other members of the campus ministry department and with the Chaplains for Graduate and Professional Schools, in relation to the students and chaplains for the undergraduate residence halls. This person will provide primary collaborative engagements with The Schlegel Center for Service and Justice, the Jesuit community, and the Office for ministerial care and mission formation for faculty and staff.
